It would be nice if every order/shipment worked out well every time and everyone was always happy. However, we know that this is not always the case. You have my word that we at Oasis Collectibles will always take great care to ensure that all goes well with your order. That is why we will use Canada Post Parcel Service with their own tracking system and insurance built-in. So that if something goes amiss it is easier to fix… for both parties!
1) If item is damaged during transit let us know. We will have to put in a claim against Canada Post. So you need to keep original packaging, contents and packaging material. Please provide us with pictures to expedite the claim with Canada Post. Once Canada Post has settled the claim the cost of Items damaged will be reimbursed to you.
